The Ivy Collection is a renowned group of over 40 restaurants spanning the UK and Ireland, celebrated for their amazing food and vibrant atmosphere. In an effort to enrich the customer experience, they wanted to introduce a feature-rich app that not only streamlined customer interactions, but also elevated their relationship with guests through a bespoke loyalty program. Given TLC's well-established track record in developing all of The Ivy Collection's websites, the choice of TLC as the partner for this high-profile project was a natural fit.

Loyalty & Rewards
We designed a multi-tiered bespoke loyalty program with Comtrex and OpenTable integrations. Customers earn points and progress from 'Green' to the coveted 'Gold' tier, unlocking exclusive rewards including double points, birthday desserts, and Ivy Club admission.

Personalisation & Bookings
Our team created two app designs based on individual restaurant preferences, selectable for both The Ivy Collection and The Ivy Asia. A bespoke OpenTable booking integration allows users to reserve tables using their existing profile data and manage bookings in-app.

Customer Engagement
The app integrates with the restaurant's events calendar and live feed, with segmented push notifications, a built-in camera filter for user-generated content, and a full helpdesk managed by TLC for seamless end-to-end guest support.
